The wind didn't kick in properly until 2pm today but we were then blessed with a good few hours of solid 4.5 weather. Smaller swell than previous days but still plenty of overhead sections to try and smack. Annoyingly the wind coincided with the peak mid-afternoon rush hour so the break was very busy again. I am really focused on the waveriding now and desperate to get good so keep getting very annoyed on the occasions when I pick up a set wave and someone gets in my way or I cock up on it. Maybe I am just being hard on myself instead of relaxing and enjoying the plenty good moments... Anyway, crowds+frustration means 4 stars not 5.

Highlights of the day (in addition to the waveriding...):
- watching Robby Swift bail a mahoosive jump (30ft?) right next to me.
- sharing a wave with Kevin Pritchard. :-)
